When she performed at the Super Bowl, we were in awe. When she dropped the complete album Beyoncé on iTunes without any prior announcements or promotion, we were in shock. Now the triple threat performer has surprised us yet again with her newest venture, a vegan meal delivery service.
Back in the winter of 2013, Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z took the 22 Days Nutrition Challenge to go vegan by only eating plant based foods. The idea behind the name 22 days is the belief that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, and on the 22nd day, one is on their way to forming a new routine.
Guided by Beyoncé’s personal trainer Marco Borges, the creator of the 22 Days Nutrition program, the two have teamed up to spread the joys of healthy meals with their vegan meal delivery service. All of the foodstuffs on offer are 100% plant-based, made with organic ingredients, non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and dairy free, and delivered once a week.
Beyonce stands by Borges’ 22 Days Nutrition and encourages people to step out of their food boundaries. If you want to be anything like Beyoncé, listen when she says,” All you have to do is try.  If I can do it, anyone can.”
