Two familiar famous faces are bringing the healing and transformative powers straight to the public with Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra’s 21-Day Meditation Experience. Launching on April 14, Winfrey and Chopra will lead daily guided audio meditations via an interactive online program. The free three-week experience also includes deep questions designed to promote thought-provoking reflection, in addition to an interactive journal in which users can record and their progress.
