What if you could go back in time to and relive a moment of your life? Or receive a message from your past self? While this all sounds a bit Back to the Future, the new app Capsule is hoping to become a bridge between the past and present.
Available on for free on iOS, the app allows folks to send messages, photos or videos for future delivery. All you need is a bit forward thinking and you can receive a ping with future reminders to follow up with new contacts or even surprise a friend with a hilarious memory made three weeks prior.
Capsule is also a great way to keep up with your New Year’s resolutions and can be a useful tool to remind yourself of goals that you’d like to accomplish in the coming year.
Time capsules are fascinating ways to communicate from the past – Steve Jobs was a fan - and with the app Capsule, a digital record of your past can be directly communicated to your future self.
