Rising Tide Fair Trade

Rising Tide Fair Trade works with artisans in developing countries who earn a fair wage, enabling them to support their families and achieve a sustainable business operation. The fair trade artisans we work with earn roughly 60 percent more than they would for comparable factory jobs. Since most of the artisans have the choice to work from home, they can tend to their children while contributing to the family income.

Shop Us Forward

Shop Us Forward is marketplace dedicated solely to social enterprises. Social enterprises can create shops on the marketplace and sell products directly to consumers. Consumers can shop by product, by purpose, or both. They can even shop by seller. Every product sold directly benefits at least one of nine different causes and all help someone in need. Shop Us Forward is also a social enterprise in addition to promoting them. We donate 25% of our profits to three organizations that change and rotate annually.

The Root Collective

The Root Collective is a socially-conscious, ethical fashion company that works with small-scale artisans and cooperatives in developing countries. We work to ensure fair pay and ethical treatment of workers in rural and urban slum communities. We also partner with nonprofits in our 10% Give Back program. We believe that a hand up, not a hand out, can change lives and break the cycle of poverty that plagues many of the communities in developing countries. To this end, we parter with nonprofit organizations that work directly in the communities where our partner artisans live.

Twins For Peace

Initially, we developed a one for one model: for each pair of TWINS sold, we donated a pair of shoes to a child in need. We produced the donated pair of children’s shoes in the Donation Project country to help the local economy and avoid displacing workers. 

In partnership with SOS ...Enfant, we now donate medical supplies, school tuition, books and supplies to children living in impoverished countries. 
Each time a sneaker is purchased another pair is donated to a child in need.
