There are over 1 billion people worldwide who don’t have access to glasses. Statistically speaking, 75% of the people reading these very words use glasses - so you probably know what it feels like not to have them around.... not fun.
Enter designer eyewear brand Warby Parker and their good-doing strategy: for every pair of glasses they sell, they give a pair to someone in need. The fact that the boutique eyewear label, founded by four friends and former university mates, creates drool-worthy spectacles, is only secondary to their modest pricing policy of $95 for prescription glasses, complete with lenses.
