When your body is running low on glucose, you will probably experience some trouble when trying to focus and concentrate.

A healthier version of you, physically and mentally, allows you to focus on your goals and on what you really want to be doing.

That way you can maintain a healthy glucose level and prevent those spikes and drops in your blood sugar, which are a killer when it comes to productivity. Another important thing to consider is your hydration. Dehydration is more common than you think, and, according to the Habit Growth, being properly hydrated has lots of benefits. Some of those benefits include improving your mood, combating fatigue, strengthening your immune system and pain relief.
