SHARI ARISON FOUNDER

Arison leads the Arison Group, a global business and philanthropic group, which invests in initiatives that bring added value to people, society, and the environment, aimed at creating positive change in the world.

As someone who has been ranked one of the world’s most powerful and influential people, Arison has been operating for over three decades to create unity and baseless love (the Jewish concept of Ahavat Chinam, loving others freely without judgment) in all that she does.

In Israel, Arison founded The Ted Arison Family Foundation, which houses several vision ventures that she initiated: Essence of Life – operates to raise awareness and provide tools for attaining inner peace, All One – generates a global conversation of a new reality encapsulated in the message “We are all connected, we are one,”and Goodnet – an online social platform for Doing Good.

The foundation houses Ruach Tova (Good Spirit), which encourages the spirit of volunteerism in Israel. In this framework, Arison initiated Good Deeds Day, an annual peak event of doing good deeds throughout the year. This international day takes place in more than 100 countries, involving millions across the globe. She also founded Matan that strengthens the business sector’s commitment towards the communities in which it operates.

Arison developed The Doing Good Model – a values-based model for positive creation worldwide, combining 13 fundamental human values in any activity. The model is a practical day-to-day tool for implementing values in people, businesses, nonprofits, and communities, for the good of society at large.

Arison has published five books that have become bestsellers in Israel and worldwide, and has won accolades and awards acknowledging her diverse activities for the good of society, community, and the environment, in Israel and worldwide.
