Fast Company's list of the 50 most innovative companies in the world includes companies of all sizes and industries: Internet conglomarates and food chains, household names like Facebook and UPS and lesser known innovators, at least in the States, such as Boo-Box. What unites the four dozen plus companies is an adventurous streak and remarkable aspirations for making a change.
While all initiatives listed are true inspirations - some of which we previously featured (like eyewear good-doers Warby Parker and stylish gadget pioneers, Jawbone), we were particularly enthralled by the story of James Corner Field Operations, mastermind of New York’s Highline and other urban-grayness-turned-into-lush-greenery projects.
