The International Day of Peace, taking place on September 21, is a whole day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples. To honor this day, the collective power of meditation is set to be harnessed in a global meditation session spearheaded by events coordinator Unify and meditation app 1 Giant MindUniting millions of people from around the world in a single moment of peace, the unprecedented global synchronized mass meditation and prayer event hopes to create a wave of peace reverberating across the planet as communities gather at 7 p.m. GMT or 12 noon PST.
