Director Richard Linklater is well known in the industry for such films like Before Sunrise, Before Sunset and Before Midnight, but his most recent endeavor sets a precedent in Hollywood that took 12 years to complete. Boyhood is a coming-of-age film which tells the story of a young man named Mason from the ages of five to 18.
