Space swap giant Airbnb is a service that enables individuals to stay at unique spaces with a personal touch, adding a twist to any travel plan.
Now Airbnb leverages its innovative platform for the benefit of Hurricane Sandy survivors. In collaboration with the City of New York, Airbnb now connects between people who can provide free housing with the people in need - some 100,000 people are still stranded. If you’re able to offer a clean bed and a shower for a guest in need - Airbnb paves the path for real help. [Source: Airbnb]
