Fact: for young Australians, 75% of mental health problems emerge before the age of 25. These go well beyond the lot of most young adults - social pressures, growing pains and figuring out your place in the world.
Australia understands their youth and tries to respond to their needs with headspace, the National Youth Mental Health Foundation with centers all over the country. They cater to young folks between the ages of 12 to 25 who are in need of support, advice or information on a range of general and mental health topics.
Headspace, a government funded initiative, has taken the proactive approach by aiding and providing resources to ease Australia’s young people into adulthood. [Source:  headspace]
