Take Part in the Global Day of Doing Good | Registration for Good Deeds Day 2022 is open!

Can you imagine the world as a place where doing good leads the way? You can actually help make this a reality. It’s easier than you think. Just join hands with the millions of people who have become a force for creating a  better world by participating in Good Deeds Day (GDD) on April 3, 2022.

“I believe that if people will think good, speak good and do good, the circles of goodness will grow in the world,”  said Shari Arison, philanthropist, businesswoman, and the founder of GDD. This is her vision and it is shared by millions of people.

In the Beginning
From 2007 when GDD began in just one country, to going global in 2011, to achieving 3.9 million  participants in 2019, this global day of altruism has united  people from 108 countries – and counting –  in organizing events,  improving their communities, and inspiring others to do good.

GDD went virtual in 2020 and 2021 as the COVID-19 pandemic made it difficult to hold largecevents. As the organization shifted to how to do good from home, it was clear that people could still help take care of your communities by organizing food distributions, donating clothing, recycling, holding Zoom events, and other acts of kindness. Now, GDD 2022 is shaping up to be even better and you can be a part of it.

How to Join
Registration is open for the 16 th annual Good Deeds Day and signing up is really easy to do. First, identify what you can volunteer to do to help your community. If you need inspiration, you can check out the myriad of events that you can do in person or virtually on the GDD website. You can even send an Ecard to brighten someone’s day.

Next, just fill out the registration form. You can register as an individual, as a group, a nonprofit organization, or as a business. GDD provides media tools and a starter kit that can help you spread the word. By working together, real change in the world can and will happen!
