1. What is your position?
Mostly in transit from one country to another! I am CEO and Co-founder of Water.org, a global nonprofit.
2. What is your organization’s mission?
To ensure everyone has access to safe water and sanitation by removing barriers and advocating for system change.
3. Who inspires you?
The people we strive to serve. Despite all that is stacked against them, they remain committed to improving their lives and the lives of their children by putting in place the basics like safe water and sanitation.
4. What is the best part about your job?
Being a part of a dedicated team that stops at nothing in pursuit of solutions to the global water and sanitation crisis.

Actively listening to them. People know what they need and being heard seems to help people move out of the problem and toward the solution.
